Wagyu flank steak is cut from the flank of the cattle, hence its name! This is another great option if you are looking for a lean cut of meat. This is a very universal cut of steak that is great for grilling, roasting or sautéing! Our steaks are dry aged for 21 days, comes shipped frozen and vacuumed sealed. Weight ranges between 14-16oz. Weight may vary.
