We are a family farm

Established in 2014, Triple J Cattle Co. is dedicated to producing the highest quality of beef on the market, through the latest advances in genetic technology using embryo transferring in addition to natural breeding. This allows us to choose the highest quality genetics to produce the highest quality beef available.

Wagyu beef is arguably the best and most expensive beef money can buy. It takes a lot of effort as well as time to produce the highest quality of beef in the world. Compared to the Angus breed which is harvested at 18 months of age, our Wagyu are harvested at 33 months of age.

Our Family Farm here in North Central Florida has three strict guidelines we adhere to:
• No hormones administered • No antibiotics • No feed containing animal byproducts

All of our cattle are grass fed, grain finished using hay cut and baled by us personally.

What is Wagyu?

Wagyu - a Japanese beef cattle breed - derived from native Asian cattle “WAGYU” refers to all Japanese beef cattle, where “Wa” means Japanese and “gyu” means cow.

Wagyu were originally draft animals used in agriculture, and were selected for their physical endurance. This selection favored animals with more intramuscular fat cells - “marbling” - which provided a readily available energy source. Wagyu is a horned breed and the cattle are either black or red in color.

The unique taste and tenderness of highly marbled Wagyu beef makes for an unrivaled eating experience. That is why Wagyu beef is finding its way into the repertoires of gourmet cooks and fine restaurants across the U.S.
