Triple J Shipping Information

Your Triple J Wagyu Steaks, Ground Beef and Steak Cuts will ship out frozen in cryovac and are vacuum-sealed and packaged with frozen cold packs. Some thawing may occur and is expected during transit.

Orders placed after 10am Eastern Time will ship the next eligible day, based on shipping preference.

Delivery costs are based on the number of items purchased and being sent to a single address as well as the service needed to meet your requested delivery date.

Triple J ships via FedEx. Our standard ground shipping is 3-Day Ground. Triple J also offers Overnight, and Overnight with Saturday Delivery options to ensure you receive your order for your special meal. Please reach out to us if you want a Saturday delivery to confirm if your address is eligible.

Overnight Shipping

  • An additional $25

Saturday Delivery

  • Orders placed BEFORE Thursday at 10 AM EST require an additional $25 Saturday delivery charge
  • Orders placed After Thursday at 10 AM EST require an additional $65 Overnight + Saturday delivery charge.

Handling & Thawing

Not ready to prepare your Wagyu right away? Place your vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. Your meat should be good for up to 12 months in your freezer… however we don’t think it will stay there that long!
Have some time? Thaw your beef in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best way to thaw, allowing our Wagyu to retain all of its natural juices for an exceptional flavor.
Hungry now? Keep beef in the vacuum-sealed package and submerge in a bowl of cold water for a few hours.

Dinner plans change?
Thawed steaks still in the vacuum-sealed package can be safely refrozen as long as they have remained refrigerated and have not been thawed for longer than a day.
